Information collected automatically:

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Gameplay and usage data (progress, in-game achievements, session length, feature interactions)
• Diagnostic and crash data, to help us fix bugs and improve performance
• General location data (country/region level, inferred from IP address) — not precise GPS location

Purchase information: Cricket Blast offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs). All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not collect or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, not your financial information.

Information you provide directly: If you contact us for support, we collect whatever information you provide in that communication (e.g. your email address) to respond to you.

We use the information above to:

• Operate and maintain the App
• Save and sync your game progress
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Understand how the App is used, to improve gameplay and features
• Respond to support requests
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

The App may use third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools to help us understand app performance and fix issues. These tools may collect device and usage information as described above. We do not currently display third-party advertising within the App.

Cricket Blast is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary for the App's basic functionality (such as anonymous device identifiers for save/progress purposes). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App (e.g. analytics or crash-reporting providers), under obligations to protect your data
• Apple and Google, as necessary to process purchases and deliver the App
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality (such as your game progress) or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
